Shortly before 5 am this morning (Tuesday 5 April), there was a fire at our Willowbank sheltered housing site in Southmead, Bristol.
Sadly, one person, who we believe to be a resident, has died. All our other residents are safe, and we are offering them support at this difficult time.
We are working closely with the emergency services as they investigate the cause of the fire and thank them for their rapid response.
Our thoughts go out to the family and friends that have been affected by this tragic event.
